Network Switch

Working with Finchetto, we built a prototype of their award winning, next-generation network switch. Our work included the industrial design of the internal and external architecture, physical wiring and power integration, all packaged into a 19-inch rack-mount unit with a completely custom front panel and an integrated light-guide logo functioning as a status indicator. The prototype went on to break performance records.

Finchetto’s switch rethinks network switching from first principles, using fully optical, zero-electronics switching with passive logic to deliver ultra-low latency, extremely high throughput, and dramatically reduced power consumption for efficient AI acceleration.
